My friend, Lisa, has had a weight problem since we first became friends, and has always been so unhappy about it. She wasn't that heavy, in my opinion, but she was really struggling with it. She had 40 pounds she wanted to lose, and was exercising a lot and eating all the right foods, but not seeing any great results. I told her it does take time and to just be patient and try not to get frustrated.
She informed me that she had a high school reunion coming up and wanted to look great for it. I don't like the idea of taking supplements, and would normally not suggest them to a dear friend, but I did. One of my other friends suggested Forskolin, which her friend had taken not long ago. Her friend had more energy, her tummy got flatter, and her appetite went down.
She said it really worked for her, so I told Lisa about it, to see if she was willing to try it. She went ahead and bought a bottle of it to first see if it would work, and if it did, she would buy more. It's been 3 weeks and she has lost 10 pounds, and says she does have more energy and doesn't feel as hungry as she did before. She ordered another couple of bottle yesterday so she would have them in time for when her other ones run out. She's been taking one before breakfast every day, but read that you can take two a day.
So I think she is going to start doing that for even more weight loss. I have to say, she looks great, not that she didn't before! I hope she gets to where she wants to be. It's nice to see her smiling more and looking forward to her reunion!
